EECP
EECP (Enhanced External CounterPulsation) is a safe, painless treatment where the patient lies on the bed with a series of cuffs wrapped around the legs, much like blood pressure cuffs. The patient is connected to a built-in ECG machine, which allows the cuffs to synchronize with their heartbeat. The blood flow is delivered to their heart when their heart is relaxing. When the heart pumps, it then releases the pressure.
